Tom Liddle is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and bassist who spent his early childhood outside Seattle, Washington and his high school years outside of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He has spent the past 17 years in the DC area studying, teaching, and playing music with multiple groups and ensembles. After spending a number of years starting his career as a public school music teacher, Tom renewed his passion for creating and performing music in smaller ensembles in Fall Catalogue - a songwriting collaboration with pianist and songwriter Sonya Harway in which he sang and played guitar. During that time, he also starting playing bass in the VA hard rock group Demivolt and dabbled in jazz inspired organ-based blues in a group he started with drummer Steve Olson called Organize. After another hiatus from performing to complete his Master's in Music Education at UMD, Tom stumbled into a group in his 12 year hometown of Mt. Rainier, MD where a beautiful stint with Letitia Vansant and the Bonafides pushed him in the direction of his most recent passion in music - upright bass. Along with his new project, Run Come See, Tom also plays bass with the DC alt-folk collaborative Stranger in the Alps.
